New Patient Visits and Follow Up Appointments

Our clinic operates through Valant, an electronic medical record (EMR) system. This is a secure system. Valant allows patients to complete needed questionnaires from our providers for all of our new patients. The privacy of our patients' information (personal, financial, and medical) is our top priority.

In order to provide great customer service, we ask all patients (new or established) to provide us with the most current information. This includes: address, phone number, insurance, pharmacy, list of medication, and/or providers (physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, etc). We do ask for all patients bring in both their ID and insurance card (if applicable). 

NEW PATIENTS:

After your account is created on our secure portal, please make sure to complete the questionnaires, "Clinical History and Symptom Screener", located on the portal prior to your visit. Dr. Reñazco and Mr. Beierle will need these questionnaires during the initial evaluation.

Also, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will enable our office to process any insurance and/or payment information for your visit in a timely manner. Please note, late arriving patients may be rescheduled.

Katy Psychiatry accepts major insurances.   

Dr. Renazco currently accepts the following:

  • Humana Behavioral Health
  • ComPsych
  • Beacon/Value Options

***If you do not see your insurance company listed here, please contact your insurance carrier and inquire as to who administers their mental/behavioral health coverage. It is often the case that the above listed companies are contracted with insurers like Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Cigna, to provide their members with mental and behavioral health coverage.

We are NOT in contract with Medicaid or Medicare.

Please be aware that your insurance company may not offer reimbursement for medical treatment rendered by an out-of-network physician. We encourage you to call your insurance company to determine what out-of-network benefits you may be entitled to before visiting our clinic.

Please Note: We are prohibited by law from providing a courtesy claim for submission to Medicare.
